Episode 1: Introduction to Narratives that Shape Our World

Why do we tell stories?

Hello, during this time of online learning we are expanding our podcasts to other year groups. This is our first episode for Year 11 and for the first time I am solo so apologies for the monologue style. In today’s podcast I introduce the unit and discuss some of the reasons for why stories are told and why they are powerful.

Some of the texts mentioned in the podcast:
Narratives that Shape Our World Rubric
Module A and Module C Year 12
Little Red Riding Hood
I Have A Dream
